Non-Formaldehyde Fixing Agent (HS-B0405) Description
Specifications: 1) Appearance: colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid2) Ionic character: cationic, insoluble with any anion3) pH value: 5-74) Solubility: easily soluble in water5) Composition: cationic polymeric compound with reactive function6) Stability: stable in hard water, acid/alkali and electrolyte7) Range of use: natural fiber and manmade fiber8) Properties: a) Noticeably improves colorfastness b) An environmentally friendly non-formaldehyde fixing agent c) Little deterioration to hand touch and wide adaptability to equipment9) Application: a) Suitable amount varies with textile type, dyeing process, shade and fixing process b) Suggested application amount for dipping process is 2-4% O.W.F of HS-B0405 for pale and medium shades, 4-8% O.W.F of HS-B0405 for deep shades, with liquor ratio 1:20-30 at 40-50°C for 10-20 minutes c) Suggested application amount for dip-padding process is 2 dips and 2 nips with 20-50g/L of HS-B0405 and 0.5-1g/L of penetrating agent d) Directly dissolves in fixing bath f) Fabrics can be put in fixing bath in both dry and wet statesNote:Reactive dyes color fastness not only depends on dyestuff concentration, but also on washing after dyeing. Dyed fabrics must be fully washed (washing, soaping, then re-washing). Deep colored textile fabrics should be fixed after soaping at high temperatures and washed.Packing and storage:125kg in one plastic drum; can be stored 6 months under cool and dry conditions All technical information quoted above is based on our experience, but it is only for reference and not guaranteed.
