TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
(1) Hydraulic Un-coiler with Loading Car : Its droved by electrical motor. Hydraulic station expand the coil.
Max. Capacity: 10000kg
Coil inner-diameter: 508mm
Coil outer-diameter: 1300mm
(2) Leveling Device:
It has five leveling rollers to flat the material.
(3) Independent Style Roll-Forming M/C:
About 40-step to form; Material of Roller: GCr 15, chormizing on rollers surface.

(4) Hydraulic Cutting
Stop to cut, Post cut;
Cutting tool material: Cr12, cutting length tolerance 2mm
(5) PLC Control System:
Using Mitsubishi PLC Control the quantity, length automatically, human and machine screen.
(6) Product Rack (un-powered):
Two parts, total length is 6 meters. In order to collect the final product, and conveniently workers to stack.
