STW series rotary exterior brush machine is a kind of brush barrel that works continuously. This machine works stably. The speed is continuous and adjustable. After scrubbed, it will also be sprayed to guarantee the barrel exterior clean.

Principle: The empty barrel after uncovered is transported into brush barrel and shall be scrubbed a circle surrounded by the main brush under the drive of dial wheel. Besides, it may also use cleaning liquid to spray to get better scrubbing effect. The empty barrel after scrubbed shall be pushed to the spray step. At this moment, the cleaning liquid will spray the exterior surface of empty barrel. Finally, the scrubbed empty barrel will again push to the conveyor and then get to the next working procedure.
