Usage: this machine is applied to speed slitting BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, ALFOIL and paper in printing.
Main Features:
1.The complete machine is equipped with PLC (four vector motor), and with a touch screen and man-machine interface in operation.
2. The reeling transmission belt is governed by a vector motor, and PLC can automatically calculate the reel diameter, which can achieve the reeling tension control constantly.
3. The traction transmission adopts vector frequency inverter controlling the vector motor, constantly controlling at a linear speed.
4. The rolling transmission adopts a vector motor, adjusting with vector frequency inverter and PLC can automatically calculate the reel diameter, which can achieve the reeling tension control constantly.
5. The rolling and reeling are adopted shaft-free core (also called air-expansion shaft feeding), which is to feed through clipping closely by a thread rod, and the width adjustment is done electrically as well.
6. The rectifying actuator is static with the movement routine ranging to 120mm.
7.It adopts the round and flat blades to slit.
