GINDE PE-RT PIPELINE SYSTEMGinde PE-RT pipeline is extruded to form pure PE pipeline. The raw material is Dowlex2344E from U.S.A. It has a unique molecular structure with a controlled side chain distribution, which provides excellent stress crack resistance properties combined with outstanding Long Term Hydrostatic Strength. At the condition of 110¡æ and 1.9Mpa stress, the lifespan of products is up to more than one year.
Features of PE-RT pipeline system
a) The lifespan of the pipe reaches to more than 50 years under the working temperature 70¡æ and the pressure 0.4Mpa.
b) Good flexible property and strong resistance to inner pressure.
c) Strong corrosion resistance to chemicals and super resistance to broken of ring stress.
d) Non-rust, because of low surface tension, the surface of pipe is not easy to scum.
e) Non-toxic and no bacteria.
