[[characteristics] the product is produced with new high techniques like supercritical co2 extraction and so on, and the whole production process is operated under the low temperature and the extraction has reserved all the pungent and fragrant components whose content is over 40%. It has strong pungent smell with a high content of peppery oil and the content of zingiberone in it over 13%. There is no organic solvent is remained. And it can be dissolved in ethyl alcohol (70%alcohol 1:1), propylene glycol, glycerine and polysorbate, and can be mutually and completely dissolved with highly refined vegetable oil.
[purpose]
1. as a pungent spice for cooked meats, instant foods, popped foods and toasted foods and also as a special spice for edible seasonings, beer and beverages.
2. a mix fragrant ingredient for ordinary cosmetics essence such as make-up and soap.
[usage direction] this oil-solvable product should be stored below 25 co and avoiding light. Its validity is 18moths. And it can be added directly or after being diluted by ethyl alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerine and highly refined vegetable oil. Suggested dosage: Cooked meats 0.01-0.03%, seasoning 0.5-3%, popped foods, instant foods and toasted foods 0.005-0.01%,0.001-0.005%.
