Reaction vessel is pressure vessel for finishing closed physical and chemical reaction, such as reactor, reaction kettle, resolution boiler, polymerizing kettle etc.Our company can produce large reaction kettle that the cubage can be 50,000L; pressure can be 100Mpa and single weight can be 80 tons. The heat ways have electric, steam, heat transfer oil and infrared ray etc. The cooling ways have nipping cooling and inner coil tube cooling; the rotated speed is 0~500r/min with frequency conversion timing. The type of stirring oar can be adjustable according to user's requirements. The materials are carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel base (Haynes, Monel, Inconel), titanium, copper, aluminum and other alloy, double phase steel, molybdenum alloy and other alloy material. According to the different airproof types, the airproof types of reaction kettle can be divided into packing seal, machinery seal and magnetic force seal.
