Introduction:QSGA1/20 is an Ampoule filling line; it applies the most advanced technique nowadays.The whole production process is controlled by PLC so it achieves high precision.
Its capacity can achieve 24.000 ampoules/h. It conforms to GMP standards.
Characteristics:The working process of QSGA1/20 includes 4 steps: washing ampoules by water and ultrasound,
drying and sterilizing, filling and sealing and it is completed by 3
separate machines: QCA18/1-20 Ampoule ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR480/18 drying
and sterilizing machine and DGA9/1-20 Ampoule filling and sealing machine.
Observation and operation are easy through PLC touch screen control.It has high-efficiency purifying, accords with the standard, selecting between the
general laminar and wall embedded laminar.
It can product the ampoule with various size (1-20 ml). Changing the ampoule is quick
and exact.
It has high precision, stable and low broken rate.
