  Three-column tip discharge centrifugal machine-SS, SB series
The machine is used for solid-liquid state material separation of floating liquid where the solid state material is particle shaped. It can also be used for solid-liquid state material of fiber state material. Such as plaster stone, copper sulphate, patassium chlorate, sodium borate, dyestuff, agricultural pharmacy, salt, gourmet powder, food additives, starch, sugar, chemical flavoring, anti-biotics, vitamin, mineral products such as copper, zinc, aluminum, metal precise manufacturing, dirty mud treatment, dirty water treatment, and so on.
SS,SB,SD series Centrifugal Machines are three-column top discharge filter centrifugal machines. When separated material enters the high speed rotating drum of the centrifugal machine through feeding pipe, by the force field of the centrifugal machine, filter is realized through filter cloth(or filter net), the liquid state material exits from drainpipe, while the solid state material remains in the rotating drum. When the filtered jam in the rotating drum reaches the ruled quantity. stop feeding the material and wash the jams and filter the washing liquid. When separation requirement is met, stop the machine, For SS,SB series Centrifugal Machines, the filtered jam is discharged manually. For SD series Centrifugal Machine, the filter bag and the filtered jam are together carried to appointed discharging place by the special carrying tool, open the discharge mouth and discharge the filtered jam, then make the filter bag return to its original position, then the machine can by operated again.

Reasonable structure design can effectively eliminate the sanitation dead corner, the structure transition is very smooth, the surface has been polished, outside structure parts and tightening parts as well as rotating drum are all made of stainless steel. The out shell is of turning over cover, the space between the out shell and the rotating drum of the centrifugal machine can be completely cleaned.
Feeding pipe, washing pipe, observation window, lightening hole have been applied in the turning over cover of the outshell.
Cleaning system(spray system) are arranged, the invisible parts of the centrifugal machine such as the inside part of the outshell, the inside and outside surfaces of the rotating drum as well as the surface of the liquid collection channel can be washed and cleaned so that the clean extent can be guaranteed and the GMP standard can be corresponded to.

Can be started by frequency modulator, the start of the machine is stable, the separation coefficient is adjustable. non-contact type power consumption brake system, anti-static belt transmission, the machine is of sealed structure, the sealing parts have applied silicon rubber or flouring rubber. The machine can meet the require-ment for sealing and explosion prevention, it is suitable for the application of poison and material which can easily get fire or explosion.
Nitrogen protection system is arranged to guarantee separation of the inside parts of the centrifugal machine and the outside air.
Particles can not easily be broken.

Structure: Feeding pipe, washing pipe, observation window, exhaust hole lightening hole have been applied in the turning over cover of the outshell, The sealing structure , rotating drum and outshell, turning over cover are all made of stainless steel (SUS304), machine chassis chassis parts are made of cast material, the surface is sprayed with paint.
