  ICM Working Principium:
Structure and Working Principium: scraper in-cleaning filter contains motorized speed reducer,container body, sieve core, scraper system, differential pressure controller, PLC controller, electromotive-box, contamination- draining valve and so on. Raw material media come in filter by inlet, filtrated via the outer to the inner by sieve core clearance. Raw material after filtrating via the up to the down flow down to the outlet.  The media bigger than sieve core clearance are cut down, When sieve core groupware works/ runs a certain time, sieve core clearance will be plugged up by impurity, and meanwhile the DP reaches the pre-established value, and then PLC inspects signal and sends out indication: motorized speed reducer drives revolving scraper, automatically cleaning out the dirt adhered to the sieve core, thereby, keep the function of sieve core well, keep the sieve core clearance unblocked. When the impurity from the bottom of filter increases, just open up the bottom dregs-draining gate/valve, the impurity will be let out successfully, and lastly make the system pressure keep normal. Scraper layout of scraper out-cleaning filter is reasonable, and its scraping angle keep optimization, with motorized speed reducer driving/running, the rotational scraper scraped the impurity from the filter clearance timely, which avoids the burden of taking down and washing the sieve core, thereby, make the raw material let out successfully. The scraper system contains stator, PTFE scraper and spring, which all consists of out cleaning filter, and especially for the reasonable spring pressure, maximally reduce the sieve cores abrasion.
