1Basic dimension shall be acc to the MFG drawing; the position and specification shall conform to engineering requirement and TJ231 corresponding requirements.
2Make sure the equipment levelness should be in the range of 0.1%.
3Pipe assembly shall be executed 24 hours later after secondary grouting, when position levelness is confirmed.
4Electric motor switch direction shall conform to the indicator.
Handling and operation
1. Move the shaft of the equipment, it should be smooth, no block and friction.
2. Check the isolation of the electric motor, which value shall exceed 0.5m.
3. No broken of control meter and circuit line.
4. Open inlet valve, close outlet valve, then open the air relief valve one by one, last close the air valve when liquid saturated in the chamber.
5. Put the switch position to manual, initiate the pump without any load, the working direction shall conform to that of indicator.
6. Open and Close each pump, check if there is any abnormal performance.Maintenance :
1.Clean the system before it come to use.
2. Pump shall not operation under the condition thereto: valve are all close; in extreme point of its performance line; racing. There is a permission of 10~20 drops leakage on condition of graphite sealing material of axe.
3. Operation temp shall not exceed 75 centidegree
4. Lubricate the pump bearings in each 500 hours
5. Avoid contamination and rust while lone time storage, cold-proof measurement should be taken in winter.
6. Pre-bleeding on condition of the water quality
