Switch on,start speed regulated motor and drive friction wheel via reducer to make the drum rotate.Open inlet and outlet valves to allow cooling water rilled in drum and flow freely.High temperature material will quickly enter into rotating drum porous channel through charging device and will continuously move forward along with vane of the channel till its charging rate up to 95% and ensure no slag overflow and ash leakage from slag cooler.Material will continue to move inside the channel And material layer is uniform and loose,adjusting it together with cooling water.It is of large area,convenient in operation and high exchange efficency.After cooling water temperature will reach around 90? Without any pollution, which will directly enter into deaerator for less makeup and less heaters to be put in operation.Delivery can be adjusted at will along with material layer in boiler,convenient in operation And large area of adjustment,thus ensuring normal operation of boiler.Technical data
