For example,  a piece of low cost polyurethane knockdown furniture can be composed of only four parts with aluminum sections fixing up in between. Therefore it is very easy to assemble into different shapes for use in office or household.Hard PU foam plastic is a material with highly jointing and thermal fixing property. It is mostly close orifice type in its foam aperture structure. A few open orifice type structures are applied in special situations.
