Established in Oct 2000, Dongguan Jinzhong Electronics Co., Ltd., specializes in electronics productsdesigning,manufacturing in serving to provide professional and high quality EMS service.
Jinzhong Electronics has the investment of over 100 million RMB, workshop 20,000 square meters, 1000 employees. We have an anti-static dustless center air-condition SMT workshop, a DIP workshop, an assembly workshop and an aging workshop, all production processong complied with RoHS standard.
Jinzhong owns two antistatic dustless SMT workshops with centre air-condition, 13 automatic SMT production lines, most of which are Panasonic applied to place different specification components such as 0201, BGA etc, average placing speed of which reaches 0.065sec per chip. The Min spacing is 0.3mm, average capability is 10 million per day, Jinzhong can do with nitrogen gas reflow soldering technique of integrated circuit.
DIP workshop has seven lines applied for taking order with various single and double surface PCB board soldering, testing and assembling etc., the capability of which reaches 4 million points.
The assembly workshop has 3 lines which are applied to electronic parts assembly, such as hardware, plastic parts assembly and testing. The capability can reach 2000 per day.
Jinzhong has 3 aging room, specializes in electronic products stability under different temperature.
Jinzhong Electronics Co., Ltd. has complete management system and obtained the certification of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:1996, GB/T28001:2001, HSPM harmful substance management system and QC080000 certificates etc.
