Infinite pad printing machine

One of the big advantages of this machine is the remarkable distance between the centre of the worktable and the holding shaft, it is about 300 mm.
A bigger distance is also available at extra costs.
The standard machine is able to print articles of 600 x 600 mm (and even bigger) right in the middle.
There is no pad stroke limit from left to right to print any length of the article.
Another difference to the standard pad printers is: the ink cup is fixed; only the clich¨¦ plate moves from the left to the right.
As the pad only moves up and down the printing speed can be higher.
It is easy to lift or drop the machine head by a wheel at the back of the machine to meet the different article heights.
You can even fix the shafts on a table to print much higher article.
Additionally the standard machine is equipped with pad cleaning system and PLC control.
The number of cleaning cycles can be set by PLC- control.
A longer cliche is also optional for bigger image at extra cost.
According to requirements the machine is also able to work inline, connected by the control.
Optionally we offer the machine equipped with touch screen display and an indexing table for automation.
For the special big ink cup machine (starting with ink cup size 160 mm) we offer additionally a stable base
