Hope Microelectronics provide the pressure Sensor Dice and sensor modules, The pressure range offered is from 100mbar (10KPa) up to 35bars (3500 KPa), Connecting with Hope's H28 ADC, it mainly used for embedded applications.

Hope also offer the fully temperature compensated and high accuraccy Calibrated barometer sensor modules, the range is from 300hpa to 1100hpa. The applications are like pressure controlling systems, movable barometer/altitute meter, weather forecast products, sports watch etc.
