System Of Conformity Attestation
System 1: Approved body does initial type-testing of the product, inspection and surveillance of factory production control(FPC).
System 1+: Approved body does initial type testing of product, inspection and surveillance of FPC, and audit testing of samples.
System 2: Approved body does inspection of FPC
System 2+: Approved body does inspection of FPC and continuous surveillance
System 3: Approved body does initial type-testing
System 4: Manufacture does initial type-testing and issue DOC
By overseas buys request, we used system 3 for CE marking, as follows...
Example--CE marking:
1. Locate the Directive and standard: Construction Product Directive(89/106/EEC)
2. Locate the System of Conformity Attestation: System 3
3. Testing: Demonstrate compliance with the essential requirements and standards; Moisture content, reaction to fire, formaldehyde, FPC, . Etc.
4. Hire a Notified body, to review the compliance.
5. Develop the technical documents.
6. Issue the DOC and Appoint a Authority Representative in EU if required.
7. Put the CE mark logo on your products and ship them to Europe!
