Description:

The instrument is widely applicable to the electro-perforation of microorganism cells of animals and plants and is also used for cell hybrid and mixing as well as gene electroporation. The instrument is of a complete set with human-computer dialog interface. It is simple in operation and visual in appearance, and it refines the setting range of capacitance and resistance and makes the related conditions for the electro-perforation experiment of cells more selective. Main Technical Parameters 1. High Voltage Capacitance: 1UF, 5UF, 25UF as main grades and 6UF, 26UF, 30UF and 31UF as auxiliary grades 2. Low Voltage Capacitance: 100UF, 125UF, 150UF?675UF, stepping in 25 UF with 63 grades 3. Output Voltage: 50V-450V continuous setting; 450V-2500V continuous setting 4. Time Constant: 1US-1S
