It is speciallyfor producing high grade waterproof product by using PVC, PU, rubber, 3-plycloth and non-woven fabric, such as raincoat, dust coat, snow wear, ski-wear,tent, waterproof bag, car cover, boat cover and so on.

1. Controlled by programmable PLC with HMI soft-touch display, process can be modified according to specific requirements .
2.Auto controllable temperature with highstability slightly varies between¡À2oC. Warning device for temperature upper limit isinstalled to protect heating wire.
3.It has the functions of synchrodrive of theupper and lower wheel chain, auto compensation, andauto reverse.
4. Double pedal control is designed accordingto human mechanics, simple and comfortable, suitable for long-time operation.
5.It is possible to work 24 hours continuouslywith high efficiency.
6.Blowing-in wind can be filtrated withoutoil or water by unique heater tube.
7.Automatic tape loosen system can be addedaccording to specific requirements.
8.The functions of auto tape clipping,sending and finishing reduce the wastage of raw material.
