BF5 Series Energy Efficient T5 Fluorescent Lamps

BAST T5 tubular fluorescent lamps feature clearer and brighter visibility with high colour rendering index (Ra) of more than 80 and 30% higher luminous efficacy than traditional T8 lamps. With a service life of over 15,000 hours, they reduce the costs and trouble of frequent lamp replacement, and make an ideal lighting solution with non-stroboscopic, flicker-free and harmonized light output. Applications include office buildings, commercial offices, schools, banks, supermarkets, shopping centers, libraries, shops, and so on. Because of increased luminous efficacy, power consumption of unit lumen output is significantly reduced which enables 30% saving in electricity consumption. When the T5 lamps are used in systems with T5 electronic ballasts and luminaires, energy saving can be further increased. BAST T5 lamps are also environment friendly, as the volume of Mercury used is only 1/5 of that for T8 lamps and 1/10 of that for T12 lamp
