1¡¢ General illustrations

(1) The change of quartz sand: flush it for 20 minutes every 8 hours when producing pure water, and change it after working for 4360 hours.
(2) The change of active carbon: we supply you with an active carbon determinator; it is used to check the chlorine residue in the pure water everyday. And if the number of chlorine residue is above 0.1ppm,you should change the active carbon. Maybe 1440 hours in total.

3¡¢Characteristics and specifications

5¡¢Operation of producing pure water
Preparations
(1)Place the apparatus and beforehand filter to the place where it is near the water source and electricity.
(2) When filling quartz sand and active carbon, you should put some water (30cm) into tank to prevent them from damage. Be sure that the height of quartz sand and active carbon is less 3/4 of tank.
(3) Connect the water source (use the polyester pipe we afford to you, polyester pipe §¶40or §¶40ABS), input hole D of the booster pump with water source, connect beforehand filter drain off waste water hole and the main apparatus¡¯s drain waste water hole together with the sewer.
(4) Connect the ground wire to the ground, and connect the wire into the socket, the power indication light will be on.
Operation of producing pure water
(1) Turn the switch of booster to the state of ¡°on¡± to carry on complete backwash of beforehand filter, open discharge valve of precise filter, when the pressure of pumping hole I is over 0.3Mpa, main machine system start automatically, when the pressure of pumping hole I is less 0.1Mpa. When the water level of pure water tank is high, system II start automatically, when the water level is low, system II stop automatically.
(2) When start this machine for the first time, adjust flush switch to the state of ¡°on¡± to carry on backwash for 60 minutes. A
