Model ZJR-100 vacuum homogenizing mulser group is designed for pharmacy, flavors & fragrance, science research institute that manufacture products like paste & cream, honey, emulsion, etc.
ZJR-100 mulser adopts touch screen, PLC computer control, good appearance, small cubage, light weight, and all parts contacted with materials are made of stainless steel SUS316L, and all joints use DIN standard fast-installation joint, all connections in the vessel body use smooth arc, valve at bottom to make sure no remained material left; intermittent high shear homogenizing head, rotate and stator is designed as claw type of symplectic occludent, material id sucked from both up and down at the same time so that high probability of shearing can be achieved and dead angle of top material can be avoided; is applied for nice emulsification, high quality decentralization and high efficiency. Totally, in compliance with GMP standard. The machine is suitable for mix, disperse, emulsification in the line of pharmacy, food.
