The plastic film cutting machine CHM-PP1000 is designed for thermal cutting and used to cut plastic film roll of PVC, PET, PP, PS, OPP, BOPP etc into sheets. Plastic film rolls are cut to sheets with end-user desired length after being heated by four oil-heating rollers. Here are some of CHM-PP1000 features. (1). Suitable for variety of plastic films, including PVC, PET, PP, PS, OPP, BOPP etc. (2). Can cut plastic films with a thickness of 0.07mm to 3mm. (3). The max width of film roll is up to 1100mm and cut-off length is from 100mm to 1500mm. (4). The cutting speed is up to 60pcs per minute with an accuracy of ?.2mm (5). Pneumatic roll lifter enables paper roll loading easy, easy to operate owe to computerized panel. (6). Four oil heating rollers make films heating sufficiently uniform. (7).
