Pharmacological action and security of CLA
• Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) was shown to improve the lean mass to body fat ratio, decreasing fat deposition, especially on the abdomen, and enhancing muscle growth. Some researches suggested that CLA may promote metabolism that may reduce fat.
• CLA can markedly lower total cholesterol , LDL cholesterol and triglycerides in serum, and increased HDL cholesterol level, which prove its functions of preventing atherosclerosis and hypertension.
• CLA can reduce the risk of cancers at several sites, including breast , prostate , colorectal, lung , skin, and stomach
