Key feature: (Compared with the Raymond Mill, there are the following advantages)
1) Save: The amount of energy consumption which the straight centrifugal grinder's
blower consuming is only 6% of mill, but Raymond Pulverize is 81%. In addition, the
consumed energy when the spiller slide the stone occupy whole energy is 25%, but
straight centrifugal grinder is no exist this consume.
2) High-efficient: In the same condition, the grinding roller of straight centrifugal
grinder can be through a large 2.3 times area than Raymond Pulverize .
3) High-using rate: Grinding roller and grinding ring of Raymond Pulverize are sunken in middle parts, so the metal amount that discarded is only 35% of original weight, but materiel in straight centrifugal grinder fall from top to bottom, so the metal amount can reach a high to 55%.
4) Accident insurance: If bolt or iron ore fall into the Raymond Pulverize, this will conduce to breaking shovel, roller suspender transmutation. But straight centrifugal grinder will not appear such condition.
5) Well using against high hardness and hard-process material: Some high-rigidity material, such as carborundum, corundum, zirconium, the output will fall down because the grinding roller and grinding ring of Raymond Pulverize are sunken in middle parts. But in straight centrifugal grinder, it skives material up and down equably, so the output shows much more stabilization.
6) Wet production: Water is allowed using in straight centrifugal grinder.
7) Occupation area is small: It does not need to allocate whirlwind separator and a lot of pipelines .etc, so the occupation of land space is small.
Working principle
The central axle is rotated by motor. The roller suspender is connected with the bottom of the axle. The roller setting is set on the suspender. The roller suspender not only rotates with central axle, but also rotates under the friction of ring. The materials fall down from the hopper on the top of the machine to the clearance between roller and ring. Under the extrusion of the centrifugal force, materials will be crushed to pieces. The crushed materials will discharge naturally from the discharging valve. When the mill is working, blower will attract hot air in the mill and the cold air outside will swarm into because of negative pressure. So the heat coming from the working procedure will be taken away, which will lengthen the lifetime of the bearing and other spare parts. The air taken by the blower is sent into cloth dust cleaner, which will collect the fine powder. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere.
When the system is working with wet method, blower and dust cleaner are not necessary.
