The base surface should be clean, dry, massiness without oil and other waste. The PH should below 10. Clean the incompact film, polish the surface till neat if there is a old film. 
9.Surface primer: must paint primer before using this coating. The thickness is 1-2mm.
10.This coating is powder admixture, it must be confected in locale, the degree of dryness matches the locale construction, mix round till ropy state, using this confected paint as soon as possible.
11.Normally, the thickness of the film should within 6-10mm for once. The operating interval due to the surrounding temperature.
