No matter what processing way is adopted in PVC products processing, PVC compound must be perfectly blent at first, only adopting PVC compound with a suitable fusion degree, PVC finished products can obtain the ideal appearance and mechanical property.Comparing with the other general PVC, un-plasticized PVC could be blent only at a higher temperature and shear force. However, PVC is easy to decompose at a higher temperature. For ensure the hard PVC quality of product, the PVC compound should be processed at a temperature as lower as possible, so the acrylic processing aid HPA-21 which is developed by us is provided with fusion-promotion function due to the following features:
1. Owing to its melting temperature is lower than that of PVC, it will be melted earlier than PVC resin and penetrate into the granulars of PVC resin. Then promote the plasticization of PVC resin
2. Easily blending with PVC particles, raising inside frication and increasing electric current and torque of extruden_A
