We are a basic factory specializing in production of magnesia boards in China. We can supply about 2, 000, 000 square meters boards per year. We are the biggest supplier to Korea, and also export to South Asia, India, South America and Turkey. Our boards have passed the National Standard.
Our magnesia boards are the new building material instead of gypsum boards in the market now.
Our boards can be used for fire door substrate, ceiling, decorative laminate, floor substrate, under roof and also can build prefab house.
They have the following advantages:
1. Fireproof: It resisitant to combustion at 1200 centigrade, and reached Standard of GB8624 Grade A.
2. Water resistent: Though drop magnesia boards in water for several days, the bending strength will not reduce. But it not means that it can use in water.
3. Environmental friendliness: Free of asbestos, formaldehyde and ammonia.
4. Bending strength: 18Mpa (Standard JC / T668-1998)
5. Resistance to impact: 6. 69kj per square miters (Standard JC / T668-1998)
6. Moisture absorption: 20. 4% (Standard JC / T668-1998)
7. Resistance to frost & halogen accumulation: No water drops, no humid (Standard JC / T668-1998)
8. Sound insulation: 44dB (Standard JC / T668-1998)
