established in may, 1995 with a registered capital of 5,15 million rmb yuan,ninghai jiufeng yarn factory is located at 99#,meiqiao rd., meilin street,ninghai, zhejiang, china, only 70 km away from the city of ningbo,and 2 km away from tong-shan expressway.we are professional manufacturer of various kinds of color yarns series like colored grey linen yarn,all cotton yarn,polycot blend yarn,flax/cotton blend yan,cashmere blend yarn,woolen blend yarn,rabbit hair blend yarn,acrylon blend yarn,modal yarn,mercerized cotton,ab yarn and knicker yarn.the annual output has reached 2,000 tons with 15,0000 spindles.
ninghai jiufeng yarn factory boasts advanced equipments such as scutcher,carding machine,roving machine,drawing frame,spinning frame,grooved drum winder,combing machine as well as uster evenness tester,single strand strength tester,viscosity apparatus and clearing yarn tester. it can produce colored yarns (their counts range from 10 to 60)with various specifications to meet the different requirements of customers.
the factory owns 320 well-trained employees and 80% of the spooling workers are very skillful with at least 3 years working experience; the factory is also honored as the largest production base of colored yarn in china and has employed hi-level managers, strikeoff professionals and device management technicians.it also boasts 100,000 spindles. the middle-level cadres have frequent traning opportunities and most of the managers have attained the primary, middle or advanced technical titles.
