The company was established in 1983 with the name of Jiaxing Imp. & Exp. Corporation, branch of cereal, oil, food and livestock.
Under the instruction of municipal foreign trade & economy committee, it went through the first reconstruction with a result of registered capital RMB 2. 778 million and state-holding share 55% .
In 2000, it proceeded to the second reconstruction to increase the registered capital to RMB5 million and reduce state-holding share to 26% .
In 2002, it increased the investment of capital and share again to RMB15 million, and draw back all state-holding share, changing its name to Jiaxing Layo Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd.
In 2004, registered capital was increased again to RMB30 million being renamed to Jiaxing Layo Imp. & Exp. Group Co., Ltd. (Layo) The current main company was reconstructed again at the end of 2005 to be a comprehensive group corporation operating in business, commercial & trade, investment of industrial park and real estate, etc. With an increase of registered capital to RMB55 million.
Since the reconstruction of the company in 1997, imp. & exp. Trade has achieved great development. In 2003, the headquarter had yielded turnover exceeding USD100 million for the first time with thousands of commodities for export like textile & garment, leather products, light industrial products, handicraft products, electronics, domestically appliance, machinery, hardware and chemical products, etc.
In Shanghai offfice, we mainly supply dedicated LPG / CNG conversion kit for diesel and bi-fuel LPG / CNG sequential injection system for petrol.
Seperated kit parts such as change-over switch, emulator, feedback / Lambda control system, LPG sensor, TAP, CNG pressure gauge and reducer can be provided individually.
We also develop sample products for clients.
