Answer: All of the products on Tootoo.com are classified into 32 major categories, which are then further divided into sub-categories. You can browse the interested products by category. You may also search by keywords and find more results from all categories. Please note that search in an individual category will lead to more accurate results.

Answer:  Tootoo Trading Post provides all the information you need to manage your buying and selling activity online. In a secure trading environment, Trading Post allows you to communicate with other users, browse ads for products, post ads of your own, or save drafts. How can I alter or delete an ad I posted on Trading Post?
 
Answer: At the moment we have no function for registered users to alter their ads once posted. We hope to add this feature in the near future. Before then, if you need any changes made to your ad, please send details to tradepost@tootoo.com and we will do our best to act as soon as possible.

Answer:  All ads need to be checked before they will appear on Trading Post. Please be patient.

What different kinds of memberships are available?
 
Answer:At present, Tootoo has two kinds of membership:
Suppliers: If you want to sell goods only, please choose I want to sell when you register. Membership is free.
Buyers: If you want to buy goods only, please choose I want to Buy when you register. Membership is free.

How to register to be a Tootoo member?
 
Step 1:Click on “join now”on the right corner on the homepage.
Step 2: Enter the information for registration as directed.
a: Enter an e-mail address as your Login ID.
b: Enter a password. (The password should be between 5-20 characters, no spaces are allowed. It may be made up with capitals, lower-case letters or numbers)
c:Re-enter your password to comfirm.
d : “Check the I agree to… box and click Submit.
Step 3: Complete the submission process by filling in the final details:
1. The country you are based in.
2. Check either the I want to sell or the I want to Buy box according to preference.

What is QR, and how is it related to TQS?
QR refers to all-process quality index and TQS is Total Quality Sourcing.
TQS consists of six items which are Promotion, Plan & Order, Production, Clearance, Logistics & Settlement, and R & D.
